Year 9 Speed Careers

On June 14th, all Year Nine students participated in an event called Speed Careers. It was run by Angela from Ardoch and Alison from Chisholm. The event was held at Frankston Chisholm TAFE. Students were able talk to different professionals in certain fields, and were able to understand what it’s like to have a job in that field. Some of the following jobs were there:

• Police
• The Armed Forces
• Youth Work
• Engineer
• Carpentry

There was also a few other jobs, but we believe these are the most memorable for the students. Overall the day was great in helping people with possible career choices, and all the students seemed to enjoy themselves.
