2/3UR - RE

This week in Religious Education, the students in 2/3 UR took part in interesting discussions about sustainability and caring for our planet. Students looked at scripture and God’s message about the stewardship of the Earth. They also made connections to activities they do to care for the planet at home. They shared that turning off the lights when leaving a room, recycling, reusing and limiting plastic use are great ways to be sustainable. Students created sustainability posters that demonstrated their understanding of God's wish for the planet. Some students used online tools to help them create images for their posters while others drew creative designs with important messages. All students shared their work with each other and promised to be stewards of the Earth.
