Family Statements
FAMILY STATEMENTS
Family Statements will be emailed to all parents shortly, showing you up to date information.
Thank you to all the parents who have paid, or made arrangements to pay, their school charges.
We acknowledge that the cost of living is rising, and families may be finding balancing financial commitments a challenge.
A good option is small regular payments via BPay. These can provide good coverage for known costs and/or future items.
CURRICULUM AND SERVICE CHARGE
In 2023 the Curriculum and Service Charge ($425) will not show on Statements until paid/partly paid as per DET guidelines.
The BHS Curriculum and Service Charge is a single financial contribution for curriculum items and events which BHS deem necessary for student learning. Whilst this is a voluntary contribution, all parents are invited to pay this charge as a supplement to our government funding, helping us to provide the best possible opportunities for your child. All funds received are directly applied to curriculum budgets.
If you wish to support us and make this payment, please utilise one of the payment options and we will undertake the necessary transactions to ensure this reflects on your Statement.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
Extra-Curricular Items and Activities such as camps, excursions, Instrumental Music, Specialist Sport and Rowing all enhance the schooling experience of students and are above and beyond what the school provides free of charge. These items are provided on a user pays basis.
Payment prior to departure is required for all camps/excursions and placement in ongoing programs will be subject to review, if payment, or an appropriate arrangement for payment, has not been made.
