STATE SCHOOLS' RELIEF (SSR) 2023 

Year 7 Uniform Package

If you have a health care card or pension card current on Friday January 27th 2023, AND your student commenced Year 7 in 2023, you may be eligible for the State Schools' Relief Year 7 Uniform Package.

Completed forms along with a copy of your concession card can be submitted via the General Office or emailed to ballarat.hs@education.vic.gov.au
