Japanese

Kaori Bawdem

We had a Kendama (traditional toy) Competition on Harmony Day and students tried Japanese sandals and socks to try them on. We made Kendama which is our traditional toy with paper cups and strings and they practiced to see who was the best in eye-hand coordination in each class.

It was a big success and we had such a great time on the Harmoney day in Japanese class. We always wanted to do too much in 50-minute lesson per week. In the language lesson, I would love to cover all speaking, writing, reading, and listening in Japanese and I would like to make each student try to speak every week. We, however, make so much fun in the class and run out of time to do all that.

Well, that's all from the Japanese class! Have a lovely Easter break everyone!
