Year 9 and Year 10 Vaccines

Year 9 Meningococcal ACWY vaccines and Year 9 and 10 Aboriginal students Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccines will take place on campus Tuesday 9th of May.

Consent forms will be sent out in the mail this week. 

Please have your student return all signed consent forms to Student Access no later than Monday 24th April (Week 1–Term 2). Extra blank forms can be collected from Reception if needed. Students will only be vaccinated with returned, completed and signed consent forms.
