MUSIC DEPARTMENT ANNUAL CD RECORDING & CONCERT

TBC - Tuesday 3rd December 2019 (Years 7 to VCE)

As part of the MUSIC PROGRAM at Lalor Secondary College, Classroom and Instrumental Music students are learning to play an instrument or develop their voices in concert band, ensembles, choir and solo performers. They have been building their repertoire by preparing for performances to represent our school at concerts, assemblies and community events. In preparing for performances, they have been developing their personal technical skills, peer collaborative skills and emotional intelligence.

In recognition and acknowledgement of your child’s development and contribution to the music program and our broader school community, the Music Department has scheduled the opportunity to capture their performance on our first ‘Annual CD Recording’ between Tuesday 20th November and Monday 26th November in our digital recording studio in the music faculty for a CD Concert Launch aiming for Tuesday 3rd December 2019 in the Drama Centre.

Students not currently enrolled in the Music Program who would like to prepare to record please come see me.
