Carnival Season Wrap up
Term 3 at Marangaroo Primary School saw the completion of our MPS athletics carnivals. Students tried their hardest on the day with Maali taking the overall winning faction tally.

It was good to see lots of sportsmanship on the day which helped with the smooth running of the carnival programming. Congratulations to all the students who won championship medallions and trophies. They are listed below:

Well done to those parents taking on the students and staff members in the community events. I have never seen so many pairs of jeans in a sprint race before! Parents winning the tug-of-war with their brutal strength.

Selected students participated in the Interschool Athletics Carnival on Monday of this week for jumps, throws and distance running. They all represented MPS well and showed good sportsmanship. Today a larger group of students will be participating in the individual sprints and team games of the Interschool Athletics carnival. We wish them all the best.
With the warmer weather approaching, and hopefully less rain interrupted days, we will see the return of "Running Club" for both students and parents to attend. More information will be sent out at the start of next term.
