From Georgio Blackwell -Performing Arts Captain

Georgio Blackwell

Good evening students, parents, and guardians. My name is Giorgio Blackwell, and I am one of the performing arts captains for 2021.

COVID times have proven to show that anything is possible and has forced us to break free from our societal normality, encouraging us to adapt and grow. Due to these unprecedented times, it means that our production will be rescheduled to a later date.

Despite the situation, it brings forth with it an opportunity for us to continually sharpen and hone our personal skillsets, through things such as memorising our lines better and embodying character traits more, that ultimately allow us to present better expressions of ourselves.

These times have allowed us to think deeper into ways of how we can preserve our culture and in saying this, it has brought much joy to be able to award and deliver some of our personally designed T-Shirts for this production.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at our Production later in term 4.

Guitar Fun get together!

Our Guitar students had a fun online meeting and talked about all of the important things in life… like who is the best guitarist out of Jimi Hendrix or Van Halen! Well done to our GUITAR TRIVIA MASTER Serenity Smith.

Congratulations to our special band member Natasha Vega for winning the “Wheel of Names” spin!

A special shout out to all of our incredible music students.  As I have said many times What you are doing is amazing!”

Reservoir Rocks!
