Anzac Day

Bentleigh East & Mentone

On very short notice, we were asked by Mentone RSL if we had a drummer to lead the parade....the music department did not disappoint!

Peter Robertson had the drum line in excellent form and really looked the part in his Rats of Tobruk uniform.

The students marched well, played well, looked great and Austin Warfe recited the Anzac Requiem with great poise. The reverence shown by our students was something we should all be quite proud of.

And in true Beda Boy fashion, at the end of the service, our boys rolled up their sleeves and jumped in to help stack up the chairs.
