Community Group News

Just like that and Term 1 of 2021 is over.  Thank you firstly to the team on the community group who have banded together to do the great work we do.  The kids yesterday showed their appreciation and the volume of cheers was a testament to the work done behind the scenes.

Please stay safe over the school holidays and the community group would like to wish you all a Happy and Safe Easter!

Social/School Events

Men’s Night was held last Friday 26th March at the Shepparton Brewery. Numbers were quite low but it was good to see a new Dad there who got to meet others.

Monday 19th is the first day of term with a morning tea taking place outside of the learning centre. This will begin at 9:00 am.  We encourage families to come and share a cuppa and meet/socialise with other families.

Fundraising

The 2021 Easter Raffle was a huge success with 115 prizes on offer to those who brought a ticket.  A big thank you to Sam and Sharlene and their team of helpers for making this so special for all the children.  The children’s faces when they saw the table of prizes were truly priceless.  A special mention to Baking Dough who donated 30 x packet of Hot Cross Buns. The raffle has added $2,535.60 into the community group funds which is a great effort.
