Founder's Day - URGENT - 5 more helpers required

We are putting out an urgent request for around 5 more helpers to assist with cooking the BBQ at Founder's Day this Friday at Oxford Falls. We need to cook 1,500 sausages (3,000 half sausages) so please let Nadine know asap if you are able to help, even just for an hour or so, between 9.00 and 12.00. Thank you to everyone who has so far volunteered. An email will be sent on Wednesday to those volunteers.

When: Sunday, 1 December 2019 from 3pm.

Where: Longueville Sporting Club ‘The Diddy’, Corner of Kenneth Street and River Road West

Cost: $10 per person for finger food served during bowling

Please purchase a ticket for each person in your family

Beverages available for purchase at the venue

Families welcome to stay for an optional dinner at ‘The Diddy’ Bistro – we all need an easy Sunday night dinner option!!

It will be BIG! This event will be held on Sunday 24 November 2019 from 2.30pm - 5.30pm at Chowne Hall, Willoughby Park. We are trying to make their exit from primary days a memorable one for the boys, with a party, photobooth and souvenirs. To enable us to plan, we need to know our budget and also confirm numbers attending.

Year 7 Fathers are invited to an end of year Golf Day on Friday 22 November

Cost is $40 and there will be a raffle of prizes to benefit the White Night Foundation. This golf day is to reflect on the past in a relaxed and friendly Ambrose format. The venue is Castlecove Golf Club. Arrive 2pm for a 2:30pm tee off with a meal to conclude.
