Mission & Identity
Christmas presents and donations for the Year 7 Giving Tree
Much planning and preparation has gone into our Founder's Day celebrations. This provides us, as a community, the opportunity to celebrate all that our Founder, Blessed Edmund Rice, stood for. The day provides us with a sense of identity and an opportunity to recognise what it is that makes us a member of Edmund Rice Education Australia.
Our day will provide opportunities for engagement with the work of Johanna Griggs, a director of Beyond Blue. She will provide an informative and entertaining look at international sport, the media and more significantly the role we have to play in our own mental health. There will be time for fun and games, along with a concert featuring the talents of our own staff, students and guests from St Edmunds, Wahroonga.
Key details for parents include:
Monday 25 November will see a number of Year 10 students participating in five Immersion experiences that have been organised. Our boys will represent us in the communities of:
Many of these communities are supported by our generous donations from our social justice initiatives. My thanks to the staff who have offered their time to journey with the boys. We look forward to hearing about their experiences on their return and sharing photos of them at work in the communities.

Particular mention goes to Daniel Halverson and Daniel Fileman who helped lay the wreath to help commemorate the event.
