ST JAMES EASTER RAFFLE
Following the Stations of the Cross Liturgy, the raffle will be held tomorrow at 1pm.
Many thanks for all contributions and for supporting our wonderful school.
And a huge THANK YOU to the organisers, Kate Korber and Kat Cheshire, and the wonderful ladies who helped wrap the prizes earlier this week.
The team wrapped everything in an hour and a half - team work!!

Hi St James function organisers,
Jane (PA President), Chrissy (PA Secretary & Elizabeth (PA Treasurer) are looking forward to being a good team and having a strong year for St James and our children.
To assist us all, outlined below is confirmation of arrangements so yourselves/myself can work together effectively, and we’re best placed to support your efforts and ensuring we have ‘good governance’ of hard raised funds.
- For your function, can you please send Elizabeth a list in advance of the likely cost types and $ for planning ahead and be ready when invoices, deposits etc need to be paid. There is a simple spreadsheet available for you- please contact Elizabeth (see details below) who will forward it to you.
- Send Elizabeth invoices so these can be paid through EFT
- Collecting monies for your function through Try Booking. We are looking to work electronically as far as possible and remove working through cheques or cash.
- If you need cash for any reason, Elizabeth will need advance notice of at least a few days - to allow time to go the bank to get organised for you.
- All reimbursements (including cash) to be accompanied by an invoice or statement.
- Please cc Elizabeth on any funds related emails that are sent to Jane or the school office which will help us to keep track.
We have an EFTPOS machine available for use if you are collecting funds during a function. This is held by Imelda & Ange in the office.
