Reminder for Parents

Primary Campus and Secondary Campus foyers: 

Students are not to use these areas to wait in before school or after school. It is expected students will be on their way home by 3.30 pm.

Any student on the Primary Campus not collected will be sent to OSHC (Out of School Hours Care).

We have staff on Yard Duty from 8:45 am until 3:30 pm and due to other responsibilities are unable to to provide supervision outside these times.

Please also be aware the Primary Campus office will close at 4:00 pm each day.

Students waiting for collection at the end of the day will be directed to the concrete leaves at the front of the school and early arrivals will need to find an undercover spot to play.

Please support us in making sure all students are safe.

Parking Safely Around the School Grounds

Parents please remember your ABCDs regarding road safety to ensure you are doing the following:

• Adhering to speed zones and parking restrictions;
• Being constantly aware of your surroundings and looking out for pedestrians;
• Concentrating and driving carefully;
• Not using any mobile devices whilst driving.

Primary Campus School Assembly

In 2020 we will be running the Primary assembly fortnightly in even weeks beginning on Week 2, Friday 7th February. Assemblies will start at 2.20pm in the Primary Campus Gym.

There will always be an assembly in the last week of term.

The dates for Term 1 are as followed:

Week 2 – 7th February 2020

Week 4 – 21st February 2020

Week 6 – 6th March 2020

Week 8 – 20th March 2020

Week 9 – 27th March 2020

Academies at The Lakes 2020

Please note that Academies out of school classes will run at the following times:

MAD Dance and Music - Monday 3:30 - 4:30 pm

SANE - Monday 3:30 - 4:30 pm

Fast Track - Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 am

These classes begin on Monday 3rd February 2020. Please note there will be no after or before school classes on the first and last week of each term.

Canteen

School canteen re-opens this Monday 3rd February for lunch orders.

Please read the canteen menu carefully and remember to put in correct change.

Reminder that the canteen will not be selling icy poles to the Primary Campus via the lunch order system.

Lunch order bags are available at the Primary campus office for $7 - Various colours available.

School Banking

The Commonwealth Bank Dollarmite Banking for students will start again in February 7th 2020.
