School Council AGM

The Annual General Meeting of School Council will be held on Tuesday, 17th March 2020 at 7.00 pm in the PD room on the Secondary Campus.  The normal March School Council meeting will follow at 7:30 pm.

School Council Elections

School Council Elections are now open, nomination forms may be obtained from the school office and must be lodged by 4.00 pm on Monday 17th February 2020.

School Council candidates list will be posted by 4:00 pm Wednesday 19th February 2020.

If required, ballot papers will be prepared and distributed by Monday 24th February 2020.

Close of ballot (if required) will be Monday 2nd March 2020.

NOTICE OF ELECTION FOR STUDENT MEMBER CATEGORY

  • An election is to be conducted for student members of the School Council of The Lakes South Morang College.
  • Casting of votes can be done at the school office between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on every school day up to and including the day of the closure of the ballot.
  • The ballot will close at 4:00 pm on Monday 24th February 2020.
  • Declaration of the poll will be made by Friday 28th February 2020.

Term of office: From the day after the date of the declaration of the poll in 2020 to and inclusive of the date of the declaration of the poll in 2022.
