VCE Theatre Studies week
The 2022 Theatre Studies class present: “The 39 Steps” from the Monday 23 May to Thursday 26 May 6.30pm in the Nina Carr Theatre.
‘The 39 Steps’ is a parody of the Hitchcock film of the same title. The plot follows Richard Hannay as he unwittingly becomes involved in espionage. This fast paced show sees the characters move quickly between locations and requires the cast to play many different characters. It is a real challenge in terms of production design! The class have worked hard to bring their interpretation to life and look forward to sharing the show with audiences. There are two different casts for the shows and these are listed below along with the trybooking link.
**Audiences should be aware that the show includes haze effect (using water and oil based solution), gun shot sound effects and flashing lighting.
