Wellbeing Day

On Monday 20 June, the students will celebrate being a 'Sacred Heart Kew Kid'. A fun day has been planned including multi-age class wellbeing activities, a special lunch and a colour run scheduled for the afternoon session. Please bring a gold coin donation to support The Royal Children's Hospital.

An order form for the Pizza lunch was sent home with your child/ren last week. Please fill in the form and return it to your classroom teacher along with the money by Tuesday 14 June.

Wellbeing activities and conversation starters for parents (Understanding emotions)

There are a range of activities that will help build and maintain your child's wellbeing. Most of them are short and require very few materials. The activities cover six key elements that are important to wellbeing. There are also activities that focus on positive thinking and gratitude as well as breathing exercises that promote calm. These activities are based on the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships teaching and learning materials.
