IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YEAR 10 & 11 STUDENTS 

Dear Parents, Carers and Year 10/11 Students.

Due to the constant pressure of CRT availability, we may be forced to cancel Year 10 and Year 11 classes if we cannot find a replacement teacher. 

This process is in line with other local secondary schools in our area who are also struggling with covering classes.

This will of course be our last resort, however if we do, the process will be to cancel the following classes:

• Periods 1 & 2 and Periods 5 & 6 classes on Mon, Tues, Friday
• Periods 1&2 and Periods 4,5 & 6 on Wednesday
• Periods 1&2 on Thursday

Students and Parents will be notified via email/Compass of any cancelled classes. Students who have classes cancelled P1 & P2 will need to arrive at school at recess, and students who have classes cancelled in the afternoon will leave at the start of lunchtime. 

Any Year 11 students with reschedules or re-sits on a Monday afternoon would be expected to remain at school and complete their work in the library during periods 5&6 before attending their afterschool session. 

We encourage all Year 10 & 11 students to check their email and Compass each morning before they leave for school. 

Absent teachers will provide lesson plans on Compass.
