THANK YOU

As with the IsOlympics, Spring Step has reminded us all how special BNWPS is!

That we are resilient, creative, caring and FUNdraisers. Thank you to everyone that stepped out over the weekend to solve riddles, explore the neighbourhood, walk like a penguin, and enjoy the beauty of Spring. 2020 washed away our fundraising plans but it has not diminished our amazing community and the strength and inspiration we get from each other. Check out some of the action from the 3 days of fun here.

Special thanks to Calandra and Nella for their hard work in the lead up and the chalk bombing superstars – Amy, Carmen & Bruce Brown, Clare, Nella, Pip, Emily, Liz and Linda.

Amazingly Spring Step raised $7845!

The GoFundMe page is still live but will be closed on Monday 21st September.

Adding to the $3732 from the 2 virtual trivia nights – a total of $11,577 has been donated despite the remoteness and restrictions! This is so wonderful and will go towards covering the costs associated with the increased hygiene and sanitation requirements at school.

Experts Week

WOW, what a wonderful way to conclude Term 3! It has been nothing short of impressive… the way student and adult experts from within and beyond the community provided a week of applied learning. A big thank you to the brains behind the idea Jenny, Deb and the Student Leadership team. Thank you to Chris for getting it off the ground for the F-2 students. The biggest THANK YOU of all goes to the incredible EXPERTS, the feedback has been so positive and the learning experiences that have been observed on the classroom platform have been heart-warming. See some of the pictures sent in by classroom teachers. The lessons will be online for the holidays, so you can keep exploring what our wonderful community has to offer.
