Thank you to Hannah Bolt (2004)  for sharing the news that her fellow alum, Clare Murphy, was named in the 2020 Young Women to Watch in International Affairs List which was celebrated on International Women's Day. The aim of the list is to shine a spotlight on young Australian women making a name for themselves in government, academia, think-tanks, the private sector and civil society across the broad horizon of international affairs.

This is an outstanding achievement as Clare was selected from hundreds of nominees. We are pleased to share some of her career highlights from the nomination:

Clare is a national security and foreign policy professional with expertise in counter-terrorism, countering violent extremism, international relations, community resilience and emergency management. Clare is experienced in engaging the private and public sectors to analyse and develop solutions to national security issues. Clare currently works in McGrathNicol's Forensic advisory practice specialising in international projects.
