2020 House Cross Country Results

Congratulations to McKellar athletes for coming 1st in the 2020 Virtual House Cross Country by running 51,695 metres! 

Cross Country Competitions

School Sport Victoria (SSV) has said only virtual cross country competitions will be ‘run’ in 2020 due to the pandemic.  Students currently have the option of participating in the State and Region cross countries until the end of this term.

Team Vic Trails – Grade 5 and 6 students

SSV has notified us that Team Vic Trials have been cancelled for the year.  This includes the Big Four Sports – soccer, AFL, netball and basketball.  Well done to our students who qualified for these trials in Term 1 but have been unable to participate.

State Athletics – date change

The SSV has changed the date of the State Athletics, for 10 to 13 year olds, to Thursday 26th November (from Monday 26th October) as all National competitions have been cancelled this year allowing State competitions to move to a later date.  Students need to qualify for this competition through school based entry.  Athletic trails will be run at Mullum in Term 3 during Physical Education classes.
