Year 9 News

We can’t believe that junior school is finished for our Year 9's already. 

It has been a challenging start to high school in many ways for this cohort, but your SMs are so proud of you. 

Year 9 camp was such a fun way to end your junior school journey. There was a great sense of community at camp and it was awesome seeing you try things like surfing, raft building, overcoming fears of heights or just playing some mini golf. 

Huge congratulations again to all the award winners in academic and extracurricular activities, with most able to receive their certificates at camp in front of an audience of their peers. 

We would also like to offer our congratulations to all of the Year 9 students who have been selected for leadership roles at VSC in 2023 – Caitlin S, Kaitlyn A, Ben L, Becca M, Dean W, Samantha P, Amelie W, Oliver L, Areeba S and Holly Y. 

Thank you to all the parents and guardians for your trust and support over the last three years. We wish you all a safe and restful holiday.
