Unwell Children

If your child is unwell with COVID type symptoms, no matter how minor it may seem, we ask that you keep them home and take them for testing.  Students can come back to school once they have a negative test result.

If your child suffers from asthma, hay fever or sinus issues, please ensure you contact the school nurse so we can support them at school.  Unfortunately, the symptoms of these conditions are very like COVID symptoms, and we don’t want the students staying away from school any more than they have to.

Masks

All adults are required to wear a face mask when in doors and outdoors if you cannot socially distance.

Students from Years 3 to 6 are required to wear a face mask when inside.  It is highly recommended for students in Years Prep to 2.

Parents must provide face masks for their children. It may be a good idea to have a spare mask in your child’s bag as a back-up, in case they soil their mask during the day or they find they have forgotten their mask when they get to school.
