It is with much excitement and anticipation that the THRIVE Film Festival Awards are here!

The online event will take place this Friday 26 November on the SCS Youtube Channel at 6:30 p.m. Link  HERE.

On the 28th of November, is the first Sunday of Advent.

This is a time of joyful preparation for the celebration of Jesus' birth as our Savior.

Many people like to use a special calendar to help them mark the days until Christmas. You can use this Web calendar to remind you to do something each day to share the meaning of the season. Click the date each day of Advent to find an idea to help you prepare for Jesus’ birthday.

The Sydney Catholic Archdiocese Advent Companion is a lovely way to pray and reflect upon the Gospel. Please click the link to access a Gospel reflection for the First Sunday of Advent. 

Virtual Vinnies Christmas Gathering!

 The Online Launch will be held on Sunday, 5 December at 12.30pm. The Virtual Christmas Story Art Exhibition will be launched on Monday, 6 December.

A special bicentennial memento from Archbishop Anthony Fisher

71,000 students across Sydney Catholic Schools will receive a special memento from Archbishop Anthony Fisher to mark the 200th anniversary of Catholic education in Australia. Also, it will serve as an ongoing reminder of the presence of God, now and throughout their lives.
