Holy Sacraments

Dear St Anthony Families,

It is currently a very busy time as we prepare for the Sacraments of First Eucharist and Confirmation.

This Sunday at 2.00pm, the Year 4 children will be celebrating the Sacrament of First Eucharist. The students are very excited to be receiving this important Sacrament and due to COVID restrictions have been waiting a very long time.  The students have been busily practicing in the Church and had received Reconciliation on Thursday in preparation.

The Years  5 & 6 students are currently preparing for the Sacrament of Eucharist and Confirmation. The students are having a Sacramental Preparation Day next Wednesday. 

On Wednesday the 24th of November, they will be meeting with Bishop Tony Ireland through a Zoom Meet to continue refining  their knowledge and faith formation. 

On Thursday the 25th of November at 7pm, they will receive these very important and sacred Sacraments.  

We ask the St Anthony Community to please pray for these very special students as they continue on their faith journey.
