An important message for all students leaving VSC at the end of this year 

Please remember to download and/or backup

any work, reports or data you wish to keep prior to leaving VSC. Check your H Drive, Microsoft Office, Google school accounts and download your school reports from Compass. 

 It is always best to store data in at least two separate places such as personal hard drives, usb and/or cloud accounts.  

End of Year Attendance

As the year begins to wrap-up it is essential that all parents and carers update any unexplained absences for their students in Compass.

This can be achieved by opening Compass in a desktop browser.  Select “+Add attendance note” and click to the “Unexplained” tab.  Here you will find a list of all unexplained absences which require notes.   Have a look at the attached quick reference guides if you need further assistance.
