If you’ve been thinking of registering, time is running out - now is the time to join!

Both registration funds and your individual fundraising proceeds need to be banked by the close of business on Wednesday October 19th to be counted in our weekend total.  (Further donations still count, but will take a further four weeks to reconcile before being counted towards our event).

I know there are many families from the school who are in the Murrumbeena Scouts community.

I am thrilled that this year they are also joining forces with us!  Anyone can participate throughout the day, but I’ve rostered some time spots specifically for the Murrumbeena Scouting community too.

BBQ VOLUNTEERS

We’ve been given an excellent fundraising opportunity to host a BBQ by the food area near the pavillion on Saturday.

A roster is attached below and volunteers would be greatly appreciated.

Grade 5 and 6 students who are good with money could consider volunteering as a cashier.

BAKED GOODS DONATION

Trackside by our tent, baked goods will be sold on Saturday afternoon.

Donations would be greatly appreciated.

TEAM THEME

Each year there is a team theme as a point of distinction.

This year the Beena Believers them is aptly named “Pot of Gold under the Rainbow”.
