SCHOOL PHOTOS

Have been postponed to Wednesday 14th October (Term 4, week 2)

A note from our school photographers Advancedlife

We have changed the way we photograph schools to ensure that our team always maintain a safe 1.5 metre distance from students and staff at all times, and we’ve minimised the handling of paperwork and many other aspects of the day of photography to make sure there is no close interaction with students. 

This includes no longer professionally preparing students for photography by adjusting hair, uniforms or posture. Our photographers will now ask students to do their own preparation for their portrait photo, according to the photographer’s instructions, and if the student needs assistance, then a supervising teacher will assist them. 

Advancedlife will provide, wet wipes and hand sanitiser for students and staff to use when preparing themselves for photography. Advancedlife will work with the school to keep everyone safe and well and deliver great school photos.

SCHOOL FEES

The third instalment tuition fee of $620 was due Friday 24th July.

Those families on a monthly credit card plan or those families who have made contact with Tom, please disregard this deadline. 

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 we are unable to accept cash, families are asked to make payment either via 

• direct bank transfer to St Simon's School Account BSB - 083347 ACCOUNT - 648897965 Please put your Surname and Family Code (can be found on your fee statement) as the reference
• credit card payment or instalments (see form below). Completed form can be emailed to office@ssrowville.catholic.edu.au
