A Snapshot of Learning in 5/6S

It has been a busy start to Term 2 in 5/6S! 

We have been developing our persuasive writing skills. We are learning about what an exposition is, why an author would want to persuade their audience and how we can implement a range of strategies to create our own persuasive text.

We have focused particularly on the writing process and what’s involved to create a persuasive piece. This week we have been looking at developing our introductions by incorporating a sizzling start to engage, inform and begin to persuade our readers.
