The hard days..

P.E. Update:

P.E. in the newsletter looks a little different from usual.  Although we don’t have any extra curricular sports to report back on, we have been remarkably pleased to see and hear all the wonderful ways you are all staying active at home.  As you know, staying active is so important for our fitness, health and wellbeing. 

A big well done to all those who are continuing so diligently each week with P.E.  It is a pleasure to talk with you during our Webex times and receiving your submissions.  I have been very pleased!   Keep up the great work and stay active!

We thought that we might like to share one of these with you each newsletter to inspire you and your family to get active.  This week we’ll look at P.E. with Jo.  I know that some of you are using this as part of your day and it also links in with the circuit style activities we are doing in P.E. over the last few weeks.  Great for indoor activity too!
