Your P&F needs you. All P&F Executive positions are up for nomination.
- President: Chairs all general and special meetings of the Committee and is empowered to regulate the proceedings with the consent of the meeting, adjournment of business.
- Vice President: In the absence of the President, shall conduct and chair meetings.
- Secretary: Coordinate the correspondence of the Committee, keep the minutes of Committee meetings, maintain all records and registers of the Committee.
- Treasurer: Maintain the accounting records of the Committee, submit a short report at each meeting and a full report at the AGM, detailing the accounts of the Committee for the year.
