Diamond Valley Food Share Christmas Appeal

Christmas is almost upon us again (can you believe it?!). Christmas is a wonderful time of year to spend with our families and enjoy a special Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, some families in our community are not as fortunate as we are and we would like to help to make their lives more joyful around Christmas time so we will be collecting items for the Diamond Valley Food Share Christmas Appeal. We will start our collection on Monday the 19th of November and finish on Friday the 30th of November. If you are in a position to be able to help we would greatly welcome any donations of the following items:

• Cans of spaghetti, vegetables, fruit, meat, tuna, pasta sauces
• Packets of pasta, rice, sugar, plain and self-raising flour, noodles
• Long life milk, juice, tea, coffee or milo
• Cereals, biscuits, sweets, cake mixes, desserts, jams, peanut butter
• Toiletries, toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, shampoo and feminine hygiene products

Collection boxes will be in each classroom and our Grade 3/4s will help to keep track of all of the donations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Miss Lauren.
