P&F Update

Hi everyone,

At P&F, we are all about the Election at the moment, our biggest fund raiser of the year.

Save the date:  Saturday 24th November.

The last Election held at our school had over 2000 people come through our gates to vote.

To ensure we showcase our magnificent community to all those coming through our school grounds, we really need your help.

We are looking for donations of plants and cakes/muffins/slices etc to sell on the day.  We will also need volunteers on the day to help with the sausage sizzle and to provide relief for the other stalls.

Our mini market will run from 9 – 2pm.

Sausage sizzle from 8am – 3pm.

We will be sending home a flyer shortly with your children.  This will have details of what we require and also include an “ingredients” list for those who are making cakes.  You just need to complete this and attach it to the plastic around the cake.

Please note, due to the amounts of cakes (we hope) will be donated to our stall, can you please refrain from bringing them in on a Tupperware or plastic container.  Can you please just wrap them in cling film, place on plastic plates (or an environmentally friendly alternative), and bring them in the Friday prior to the Election.

If you need plastic pots for plants, please let us know too.  This can be arranged.  You can be as creative as you want, plants in gumboots, tea cups etc are apparently all the rage(?).
