Breakfast
Our lives are so busy, rushing to get to school or work and early morning sports and we often don’t have time for breakfast. It is important we take time to eat so we have enough fuel to concentrate at school or work, whether we sit down or eat in the car or on the run.
Revising your morning routine to fit breakfast in is a great first step.
Set your alarm ten minutes early.
Get organised & ready the day/night before.
- Organising your school or work clothes. Shoes ready
- Pack your school bag
- Pack lunchboxes & leave in the fridge
- Fill drink bottles with water
- Prepare breakfast foods ready to blend & juice, or heat & eat
- Reuse jars for overnight oats & chia puddings
