Year 12s preparing for their practical SAC

Healthy Food Choices

 

Last Wednesday while many students took advantage of the pupil free day and had a sleep -in, the Year 12 Food Studies students came to school ready to complete one of their Practical SACs for the year. The students were required to demonstrate their understanding of healthy food choices and prepare a healthy meal that followed the recommendations of the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
