PFC Meeting

The next PFC meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 July at 8pm (note change of time) in the Staff Room at school. All welcome.

Secondhand Uniform Stall

The next secondhand uniform stall will be on Friday 12 August from 3pm to 3.45pm at the Stadium. 

All lost property in the four lost property boxes at school were sorted by end of last term. All identifiable items were returned to students. Unidentifiable or unnamed items were returned to the boxes, and items may be sold at the next stall on 12 August if not claimed.

If you've had a sort through of your child's school uniform over the holidays and you have good quality, clean, EHPS uniform with the current logo, that you'd like to donate, please deliver to the School Office during office hours. We appreciate your generosity towards this fundraising initiative for our school. 

School Disco

Two disco events will be held on Friday 19 August:

  • Prep to Year 3 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Years 4 to 6 from 7pm to 8pm

Father's Day Treat & Stall

We are hosting a Father's Day Treat on Thursday 1 September and a Father's Day Stall on Friday 2 September. More details to come.

Ritchies IGA Loyalty Program update

Last term we encouraged you to participate in the Ritchie's IGA loyalty program if you shop at Ritchie's IGA. By joining the program and selecting Essex Heights Primary School as your chosen recipient, EHPS receives a monthly donation. Each time you scan your card (either physical card or electronic card in the app) when making a purchase at any participating Ritchies IGA stores, the total is recorded to our school. Each month, the school receives 0.5% of the total accrued.  

Exciting news! From 20 July, there will be a new look Ritchie's card and app with new features and exciting offers. 

All members will be required to log into their account at https://loyalty.ritchies.com.au to update their account. 

Ritchie's app users will receive an update notification – simply update your app and complete the required fields.

If you shop at Ritchies IGA Mount Waverley (our closest store) or other participating Ritchies IGA stores, we'd love your support through this program.
