Principals and Directors Retreat

From Wednesday evening to Friday evening, I will be in Murray Bridge for the annual LESNW Principals and Directors’ Retreat. As Chair of the LESNW Principals and Directors Executive Team, I have been fortunate to be part of organising the retreat and I am looking forward to seeing our preparation come to fruition, while taking time away from the school to reflect and retreat with Principal colleagues in our system.

An important part of our responsibility in education is to ensure that our wider systems thrive to continue to progress an improvement agenda for our profession. Our goal is to generate a better education for our children, and their children in the future. I’d like to express my gratitude to the St Paul staff, including the Leadership Team and Monique Tabuena in her Leadership Support role, for their understanding and support of the additional time that my external role takes.
