Dear Families,
A big congratulations to all of our children who showed bravery, passion and fun and joy on stage this week for “The Search for Planet B”! What a way to kick off Out & About fortnight!
As you know, the next two weeks are filled with a variety of events that enable our children to experience learning in many different contexts. Please refer to the Out & About Booklet for details of each event and please make sure you have filled in any relevant permission forms for your child.
We congratulate the 5 children from St Gabriel’s and St Stephen’s Primary Schools and 1 child from the St Gabriel’s Parish group who celebrated their First Holy Communion on Sunday 6 August. We wish them God’s blessings always.
It’s an exciting time for our Nation as we throw our support towards the inspirational Matilda’s. We wish them all the best in their upcoming matches.
Lastly, congratulations to Rita B who competed in the Victorian Taekwondo Championships, defeating 2 opponents to win a gold medal in the under 12’s division….. What a star! She has qualified and will be competing in the Australian Taekwondo Championships on October 15th. We wish her all of the best.
