Hospitality students have been applying their skills in real life catering events. The Mater Chef competition is always a highlight for Year 12 students where Miss Hazelwood creates a challenging menu for students to re-create. The complexity of the dishes and time constraints adds some real pressure to the event. The judges were once again impressed with the quality of the processes and results the students displayed.

Year 11 students have been busy designing the Mass and Awards night menu. They presented a tasting menu to teachers to gain feedback on the finger food they made. Students also made and  presented a grazing table for the HSC Music Awards night. They made all things sweet to put on the board and presented it for all the people to enjoy.
