Year F/1 

This week the permission note for our Halls Gap excursion has gone home and our class are getting very excited about our trip. We are incredibly lucky that our Parents Club have sponsored our trip and all our families have no cost for the day for this excursion. Miss Purnell, who is driving our mini bus is very excited and cannot wait to see the animals at the Halls Gap Zoo too. 

This is the list of the animals that our class wants to see:

Sienna is looking forward to seeing a dingo, camels, the kangaroos and some birds.

Rocco wants to see a giraffe because it is his second favourite animal and you can't see his first favourite, a T- Rex at the Zoo. 

Jaxon wants to see the giraffe, meerkats, parrots and he is really looking forward to going for a bushwalk. 

Hunter wants to see the reptiles and especially an orange-bellied snake. 

Miss Purnell wants to see the meerkats because she saw their wild cousins in Namibia.  

Ivy wants to visit the meerkats because she likes their spots and how fast they can ran.  

Ms Ferrier wants to see her favourite zoo animal the giraffe as she is looking forward to seeing their elegant long necks reaching for the tall leaves in the trees. 

Billie wants to go the Zoo to see what types of animals they have there. 

Aria wants to see a giraffe because she has never seen a giraffe before. 

Edith is looking forward to see the meerkats because they can stand up on two legs.

Evie wants to see a deer because she has never seen one before up close.
