Bayside Community Safety & Wellbeing Festival

What a great day!

Our Crime Prevention Student Leaders and Student Wellbeing Action Group (SWAG) worked with Moorabbin Police to bring together our first Bayside Community Safety and Wellbeing Festival yesterday (16 October). The weather was kind and between student performances, bagpipes and a range of displays and activities, there was a great buzz here at the college.

A huge thank you to the Crime Prevention Unit police officers from Moorabbin Police, the exhibitors, guest speakers, BSC staff and our hard working and dedicated students who all contributed to creating a festival for our local community to remember.

Thank you also to Gabby Fennell and her team of helpers for running an amazing Cake stall and to everyone who baked yummy goods, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets and came along on the day.

An amazing total of $1797.35 was raised for the Blue Ribbon Foundation!
