Y9/10 Crime Scene Investigation

On Thursday 13 October, the Year 9 and 10 CSI students took part in an interactive incursion, ‘A case of identity’. Using their knew CSI knowledge, the students were put in the shoes of a Forensic Scientist and had to use multiple pieces of evidence to solve the mystery death of ‘Sally’. Analysing phone evidence, DNA evidence, trace evidence, footprints, fingerprints, toxicology reports and entomology reports the students successfully solved the crime. It was a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience as a forensic scientist.
