Open Garden Days ~ 26th & 27th October 2019

Preparations for the very popular Open Garden Days are ramping up.  This year the featured gardens will be in Eastwood and Bairnsdale.

The Chaplaincy committee depends on the willingness of the school community and other volunteers to make the weekend successful.  If you have offered to assist the Chaplaincy in some way, you may soon receive a phone call from a representative of the Chaplaincy Committee team.

Perhaps you would be willing to

• donate a small item to go into a hamper for the Garden Days raffle
• help at a garden for a few hours over the weekend or
• make cakes or slices to serve with afternoon tea.

The Chaplaincy Committee appreciates the assistance of BSC staff and the wider school community for their ongoing support to the annual Open Garden Days.  If you are interested in helping, please feel free to SMS or call me on 0409 631 662.

VCE Important Dates

Monash University Access and Equity staff will be visiting the College on Wednesday 18th September to speak to  Year 11 students at recess about the 2020 E-mentoring program – and at lunchtime with the Year 12’s delivering the A-V of applying presentation.

Reminder to Year 12 students and parent/carers  – VTAC timely applications close 5pm,

30th September, 2019.

SEAS –Special Entry Access Scheme  and Scholarship applications close Friday 11th October, at 5pm
