Registration and Fees

COVID-19 has meant that TEM has shut down our on field activities.  Unfortunately we just do not know how long this will last and we are keenly waiting for the Government to advise that we can re-start our activities.   

For those who have already paid 2020 winter fees, we advise that:

1. TEM will retain the fees that have been paid until we have a clear idea as to how season 2020 evolves
2. if the season does not proceed you will receive a full refund
3. if the season proceeds TEM will adjust the fees having regard to the form of the season, and
4. all members who have payment plans have been offered to suspend payments.  

In respect of the registration fees paid to Hockey Victoria (and Hockey Australia), TEM has not received these funds so we cannot make any form of refund in respect of these amounts.

TEM has, for many years, been prudently financially managed and is in a very sound financial position.  We have sufficient cash reserves for the foreseeable future, even taking into account our 2020 fixed costs.

Rest assured, that when the current crisis eases, TEM will be back bigger and better both on and off the hockey field.
