Breakdance Incursion
The Grade 4’s were lucky enough to attend a FREE Breakdance Incursion on Tuesday afternoon through Mrs Russell applying for the Play program via Sporting Schools Victoria. The kids had an absolute ball with their peers, learning new skills and moving to music and watching an incredible performance. Students learnt how to complete a front rock, how to count in music, back rock, a kick out, footwork and a freeze. A huge thank you to Sporting School’s Victoria for giving us the chance to participate in such a fun afternoon with our students and for Aaron and Scarlet for teaching our students.
Tennis Incursion
The Grade 1 and 2’s this week began their Tennis Incursion which will run for three weeks in P.E class times. This week the students learnt how to complete a forearm hit and work together with a partner to hit and catch over a net. Thank you to Extreme Tennis Coaching and their coaches Seb and Ella for teaching our students this week they loved it!
