ICT - STEM

This term in ICT, students are being challenged with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) tasks.

Grade Foundation, 1 and 2 students have been learning about the needs of living things. Students have worked in groups to design and create bird houses that cater for a bird’s needs.

Grade 3 and 4 students have been learning about the variation in the features of animals. Students have worked in groups to design and create a never-before-seen animal that can protect itself from predators.

Grade 5 and 6 students have been learning about the structural features and adaptation of animals that help them survive in their environment. Students have worked in groups to design and create an animal with physical and behavioural adaptations.
