Year 9 News

In Year 9, we have seen lots of growth, ownership, and community this term. We have several students who have taken a turn in their learning by attending class ready to learn and wearing the correct full school uniform. It is great to see the positive attitude and pride lots of students are taking on board. This Term we had Course Counselling interviews, which was fantastic to see parents/carers and students come in and talk about the different pathways that can be taken next year and discussing the new pathway of Vocational Major. We had a lot of excited students expressing their passion and goals for their schooling and post schooling adventures.

Year 9s visited Monash University in Caulfield this term. We had a tour and had the opportunity to talk about different pathways that can be taken at Monash. The students were also able to talk to current Monash students and the different opportunities that can be taken whilst at Monash. One of the Monash students discussed their journey of studying abroad which sparked a lot of student’s interests.
