This opportunity is presented to Year 10s, 11s and 12s by the Galati Group enterprise which owns The Spud Shed, amongst other new brands. The company is expanding its stores across the Metropolitan Area and invite students to apply for the chance to work on the shop floor in a retail and food environment, whilst completing a Certificate II in Retail - and get paid for it.

Please note, no Drug and Alcohol test is required to be taken for this industry as part of the application. The Innovators' Tea Party are running a free STEM careers event for students in Years 7 to 9 on Monday 12 November 2018 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the City of Perth Library.
'Inspire in 5' is a free careers presentation event to demystify what a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) looks like while showcasing positive female STEM role models to students. The two hour interactive event will include 12 presentations from women working in a range of STEM fields including astronomy, medicine, chemistry, science communication, game development, medical research, engineering, AR/VR development and environmental conservation.
