What have we been up to?

Enrolment Pack Additions

A few weeks ago, an email went out to current OSHC families regarding our constant review of documents, policies and procedures at OSHC. Included in this email was an addition to our current enrolment pack which all families will need to complete and return. This addition is a new way of recording people, other than parents, who you authorise to pick up your children and the things they are authorised to do on your behalf (consent to medical treatment, consent to excursions etc.) as well as a spot for their address to be put in.

Paper copies of this document are available on the OSHC information wall, as well as at the front office.

We ask that all OSHC families return this form as soon as possible.

Last Day of School

Please remember that Friday 20th December is a pupil free day for both school and OSHC.

OSHC will conclude on Thursday 19th of December, along with the school.

Summer Holiday Program 2020

Our Summer Holiday Program will be operating from Thursday 2nd January – Friday 31st January, pending enrolments. We will be closed on the 27th of January due to the public holiday. We will be open from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM each day. The cost of the program covers activities, excursions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Booking forms will go out next week pending approval. To secure your place, please complete and return the booking form to the front office by Friday 13th December.

While we accept bookings made after this date, we ask you to book early to ensure that the days you require will be available and/or not closed due to low enrolments.

All bookings and any closure days due to low enrolments will be confirmed by the end of Tuesday 17th December in the final week of school.

A program with intended activities will be displayed around the school in the coming weeks. Please note that all excursions are limited to 22 children so please get in quick on these days to secure your bookings.
